The Marketing Representative will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and producing quality leads for the Sales Department. The Marketing Representative will place outbound calls to potential clients as well as receive inbound calls from customers responding to various marketing campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for promoting and educating consumers about NFM’s products and services.
Identifies and qualifies high potential customers and transitions the leads to the Sales Department.
Places and receives calls from prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunication technologies.
Gathers relative information from potential clients and sets up appointments for the Sales Department.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of general computer software and telephone equipment.
Skill in speaking to others to convey information effectively.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Ability to listen to and understand information presented through oral expression and written material.
